How and in what way can we make the payment?
After choosing the right yacht for you, you can confirm your yacht with a 30% pre-payment, and make the remaining payment at the entrance of the boat.
What are our check-in and check-out times?
Generally, yachts start on Saturday and finish on Saturday.
First day check-in between 15:00-16:00
Check-out on the last day is between 09:00-10:00 after breakfast.
Can we start and finish the tour from different port?
Starting and finishing the tour from different port varies according to the next tour of the boat. For detailed information, you can contact Has Yachting team.
Do we do the food shopping ourselves?
7-10 days before your tour date, our staff in Has Yachtings food department can contact you and prepare a common food list according to your eating and drinking habits. We will do your shopping for you before you come, you can make the payments when you arrive. Thus, you can start the tour without wasting time for food shopping. If you wish, you can examine our menu options of different types and prices that we have determined for you.
Can you make special menu or special diet meals?
Yes we can. If you have a special menu or special diet request, you must inform our authorized personnel.
Should we take out insurance while on blue cruise?
All our yachts are insured. It covers third parties to a certain extent and amount. We recommend that you take out your 3rd party travel insurance before the blue cruise.
What travel documents do we need for international tours?
The expiry date of the passports of our guests who will participate in their international tours must cover at least one month after the end of the tour. Our guests must have a valid visa and health insurance to be valid on tours. All documents must be fully approved and submitted to us before the tour date. All documents that may be required for international tours are the responsibility of our guests.
How much should the crew be tipped?
This rate may vary depending on your level of satisfaction with the blue cruise. It is usually between 5% and 10% of the yacht charter cost. At the end of the blue cruise, it is given to the captain in a closed envelope and distributed equally to the personnel under the supervision of the captain.
What items should we bring with us?
Small suitcases or soft bags should be preferred in order to take up less space in the cabins. It is possible to go ashore on some islands and bays. In these cases, comfortable clothes and shoes may be preferred. Even though the weather is cool in the evenings, a cardigan can be preferred.
Can we also organize land tours during the blue cruise?
We can organize special land tours to the regions on the route of your blue cruise program, upon your request. If you wish, we can also provide guide service.
Can we come on blue cruise with our baby?
Yes, it is possible for private yacht charters.
Are the yachts suitable for disabled passengers?
This situation varies according to the disability of our guests. However, cabin toilets and boat interior and exterior stairs are not suitable for wheelchair use because of their narrowness.
Is it possible to bring our pets on the yachts?
Pets are not allowed due to observance of cleanliness and hygiene rules.
Is smoking allowed on the yachts?
Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas, Saloon and cabins inside the yacht. Our smokers can smoke in the open area.
Is airport transfer organized?
Airport transfer services are provided within the scope of the agreement.
